In December 2023, I found myself wrongfully detained in a holding cell, stripped of freedom, voice, and dignity. In that darkness, something cracked open. Not just trauma, but awakening. That night became the catalyst for my spiritual rebirth and the story I'm sharing in my upcoming memoir, 'Once a Fractured Soul.'
I know what it means to sit in your deepest pain and still find light. As a spiritual life coach, I guide others through their own breaking-open moments with compassion, truth, and tools for transformation. I'm the second Deaf Latina to publish a memoir, and I'm here to show you that healing isn't about perfection, it's about remembering who you truly are.
